Overview
This machine uses electromagnetic induction heating. Through non-contact induction, the aluminum foil is instantly heated, melting the adhesive layer of the sealing liner. After cooling, the liner bonds to the bottle mouth to complete the seal.
Induction sealing is non-contact, fast, and provides excellent seal integrity. It is suitable for sealing bottles made of non-metallic materials such as plastic and glass.
Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, oils, and daily chemical products.
Precautions
This machine can only seal round bottle mouths. It cannot be used for metal bottles or bottles with metal caps.
The adhesive layer of the induction sealing liner must match the material of the container being sealed. Glass containers may also use heat-melt adhesive liners.
Do not place any objects on the sealing head.
Do not use this machine with flammable or explosive products or in hazardous environments.
