The Hongda Hemispherical Steam Jacketed Mixing Kettle is a high-performance sanitary processing vessel designed for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. Engineered for efficient heating, mixing, and temperature-controlled processing, this jacketed kettle provides reliable operation for cooking, blending, concentrating, and batch production applications.
The kettle features a hemispherical bottom design to improve material flow, reduce dead zones, and enhance mixing efficiency. The steam jacket system provides uniform heat transfer for precise temperature control and energy-efficient processing. The jacket is rated for 90 PSI working pressure and is manufactured with an ASME Section VIII Division 1 U-stamp certification, with National Board (NB) registration and optional CRN certification available for North American market requirements.

Material: Stainless steel 316 for product contact area, 304 for other parts
Heat transfer surface: Jacket rated at 90 Psi with ASME-U stamped and NB registered. CRN Optional.
Surface treatment: Sanitary internal Ra25- Ra32 finish
Drive: UL listed heavy-duty drive. 4HP & 7.5HP (230/460V, 60HZ, 3P).
Agitator: Coaxial double agitators, Scraping and Paddle type.
Controller: Digital temperature recorder with solenoid steam valve control for precise operation. Uses 230V three-phase power for easy installation.
CIP cleaning: Spray balls included
Discharge: 3” bottom flush mount ball valve for easy drainage. Pneumatic operate optional
Termperature sensor: Flush mount RTD sensor precise temperature monitoring.
Safety: With safety grate for enhanced safety.
Overcurrent Protection: To prevent electrical damage.
