Workflow:
Film Loading: Operator mounts packaging film onto air-expansion shaft.
Feeding: Diaphragm pump feeds material automatically based on level sensor detection.
Filling: Piston pump measures and dispenses the product.
Sealing & Cutting: The machine performs vertical sealing (with easy-tear notch and rounded corner cutter) and horizontal sealing (with easy-tear notch).
Final Packaging: Machine completes feeding, dosing, filling, date printing, bag forming, sealing, and cutting—fully automatic.
