Overview
Used IVANS approximately 2,400 litre stainless steel vertical process vessel. Unit measures approximately 1560 mm diameter X 1480 mm straight side. Unit has bolted dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 2 bar design pressure. Unit includes stainless steel anchor agitator with wall scrapers and 3-tier 2-blade pitched paddles direct driven by 15 kW 415 volt 3/50 960 rpm motor via CARL Bockwoldt gearbox rated 42.24/1 reduction ratio. Also includes stainless steel 3-tier 4-blade pitched paddle agitator direct driven by 18.5 kW 415 volt 3/50 1485 rpm motor and gearbox. Unit is mounted on (3) side support lugs.
