USED AEROMATIC S6

Used stainless steel Aeromatic type S6 fluid bed dryer (spray agglomerator) body. This listing includes the main fluid bed dryer housing only. Originally, this model was designed with pressure-shock resistance of 2 bar, reacting pressure “EX” flap <0.1 bar, and “EX” flap area of 0.675 m². Typical operating requirements for this model include:
Air preparation housing (pressure shock resistance 0.02 bar)
Heating capacity approx. 753,500 kJ/h (steam heating – 4 bar)
Fan air quantity approx. 2 m³/sec (static pressure 6,000 Pa), fan motor 18.5 kW, 415 V, 50 Hz

Approximate working capacity of this model when complete: 200–250 kg per batch (depending on product). Previously used for agglomerating food powders (gravy granules).
