Used Krauss Maffei List model DTB1000B Discotherm 316TI stainless steel batch vacuum paddle dryer. This units drying chamber is approximately 1200mm diameter X 1280mm long. Approximately 800 litre working capacity and 1080 litre total capacity. Has bolted flat ends. Internal rated full vacuum/6 bar design pressure at 180°C. 316TI stainless steel jacket 263 litre capacity rated 6 bar design pressure at 180°C. Paddle is cored for heating. Belt driven by 6.1-60 kW 415 volt 3/50 150-1484 rpm motor through Flender SDO 450 gearbox rated maximum 55 kW with 750 rpm input and 32.6 rpm output. Includes Feodor Burgmann mechanical seal. Total heat transfer area approximately 11.1 square meter. Chamber mounted on rollers in mild steel frame.
