Used Winkworth stainless steel ribbon blender. Approximately 550 litre working capacity (product dependent). Mixing trough measures approximately 1140 mm long x 815 mm wide x 1015 mm deep. Has stainless steel single interrupted ribbon with diameter approx 800 mm, driven by 5 HP, 1440 rpm, 380-440 V, 50 Hz electric motor through gearbox. Has stainless steel hinged lid on each side and safety mesh on one side. Includes off-centre bottom discharge.
