Used Pharming (Czech republic) model HV 1500 stainless steel/carbon steel conical "nauta" type mixer. Stainless steel cone (carbon steel flanges and lugs) diameter 1753 mm x 2500 mm height with 1500 litre effective volume (vessel total volume 2850 l). Total height of the mixer 3475 mm. Standard stainless steel mixing screw diameter 310 mm is top driven by 4,0kW/3ph/380V/50Hz single motor and supported by bottom pintle bearing (hard metal). Carbon steel arm speed 2,0 rpm. Screw speed 60,0 rpm. Stainless steel manual rotary slide outlet valve. Mounted on (3) lugs.
