Overview
Used Purnell model HKM4200, 4200 liter (148 cubic foot total capacity, 104 cubic foot 70% working capacity) stainless steel jacketed horizontal mixer. Jacket rated at 60 psi, 350°F. Serial #89H42033. New 1990. Horizontal mixer has provisions for (4) choppers, but no choppers included. Equipped with "coffin" style lid for ease of clean out. Has center bottom outlet, includes operator controls, driven by 125/62.5 HP 2-speed motor. Includes stainless steel rotary valve.
