Used Donaldson / Alpine-type Model A-12 ACUCUT fine air classifiers, 12" diameter, rated approximately 90 CFM at 10" Hg vacuum, equipped with 7.5 HP blowers and 1 HP variable-speed rotor drives operating from approximately 500–5500 RPM. Estimated throughput approximately 1–20 lb/hr with particle cut range of approximately 0.5–30 microns.
Previously utilized in a Hosokawa Alpine toner manufacturing system.
