The Thermo-Finisher is quick and easy to operate.  It was designed to rapidly heat or thermalize a range of food products, allowing operators to serve customers faster and thereby improve customer satisfaction. With just one button to touch, kitchen staff can be assured of consistent product preparation. The unit operates on a 0%-70% standby power mode, unlike other devices that run at 100% during slow periods. And the exclusive Instant-On feature assures that the unit is always ready-to-go when needed with no warm-up time required. 
The Thermo-Finisher is perfect for finishing foods like French onion soup, melting cheese on sandwiches or foods like Mexican entrees, nachos and potato skins, preparing appetizers, as well as toasting buns and bread. The high efficiency Thermo-Finisher also thermalizes frozen foods such as pre-cooked chicken patties, french fries and pizza and can also be used to heat plates prior to serving.  The large opening accepts half-size sheet pans, platters, sauté pans, and 12" (305 mm) diameter pizza pans.
The Thermo-Finisher™ Food Finisher models have an easy-to-clean interior constructed of stainless steel and heavy-duty glass. The units feature quick-heating infrared ribbon elements and a microprocessor that controls temperature and heating time. A user-friendly control panel that accepts up to five preprogrammed recipe times. A plate rack and attached cord set are included. Hard-wired, No Plug. 
The TF - 2040R has both an upper and lower heating zone.  Three upper elements heat the product on the plate, and the single lower element heats the center of the plate. Adjustable program button selections allow the operator to fine tune the radiant heat input and heating time for a variety of menu items. This adjustable feature ensures optimal serving temperatures without compromising quality. Thermo-Finisher units also feature an adjustable “Idle” mode and adjustable “Auto-Off” mode, which allow for additional flexibility.
