The 18" Ruesch Ring Type Precision Double Loop Slitting Line is a used industrial machine designed for precise slitting of materials. It supports a thickness range from 0.003" to 0.025" and can process widths from 0.210" to 18". The machine achieves slit widths between 0.500" and 17.750", accommodating a variety of production needs.
This slitting line includes several integral components, such as the Ruesch Uncoiler with an 8,000 lb. capacity and hydraulic expansion, a Ruesch Slitter with a 30 HP DC drive, and a Ruesch Recoiler featuring a 25 HP DC drive. Additionally, it comprises an elevating drag pad tension stand, overarm separator, and entry & exit looping pit tables to ensure smooth operation.
The line operates at a maximum speed of 1,000 feet per minute, optimizing production efficiency. It also includes essential elements like an edge guide stand, scrap baller, and operator control console for optimal functionality.
