Keifel model CA4 40mm 24:1 L/D lowboy extrusion blown film line consisting of:
A) Extruder having an electrically heated, air-cooled barrel. A second complete barrel, screw, and heaters are included to convert the machine to a 30:1 L/D ratio. Gearbox is belt driven by a 30 HP Reliance D/C motor with SCR control. Includes hopper, water cooled gearbox, grooved feed throat, and operator control panel with seven (7) zones of temperature control. Instrumentation includes controllers for (4) barrel zones, (3) die zones, blower control, speed control dial, and gauges for extruder Amps, RPM, pressure, and melt temperature. S/N 0205. Manufactured in 1989. Very clean. 460/3/60 input power.
B) 3" stationary blown film die less air ring. Includes 6.1 Kw air ring blower with 4 port plenum.
C) 38" Kiefel Model FW 811 single position surface winder for 36" diameter rolls. Includes winder operator control panel with preset footage counter, auto fly knife, auto transfer, second pull roll assembly, and two winding shafts. Serial No. 0141. 460/3/60 input power. Very Clean.
