USED PRODEX 4.5"
Overview
Used 4.5" pelletizing line consisting of the following:
- 4.5" Prodex 34/1 L/D vented extruder including strand die, Lufkin "Change Gear" gearbox with 15.03/1 reduction, and an hydraulic screen changer with pump.
Extruder is driven by 300 hp AC motor, includes heater control panel, motordrive consisting of Yaskawa Model A1000 drive and 600 hp disconnect/400hp disconnect.
Also included is a volumetric feeder with controls. Has a closed loop barrel cooling system and pump/heat exchanger for gearbox cooling.
- stainless steel cooling water trough.
- 11" Cumberland pelletizer with 48 knife helical style rotor driven by 25 hp AC motor and Yaskawa V1000 drive.
- Witte 9-3/4" x 73" two-deck classifer. 460 volt, AC input.
