The Alfa Laval DSNX 4850 Decanter Centrifuge is a high-performance, heavy-duty separation system engineered for continuous sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation in demanding wastewater treatment environments. Built with stainless steel product contact surfaces and extensive wear protection, this unit is well suited for municipal, medical, and industrial WWT applications.
This centrifuge operates at a maximum bowl speed of 3,650 RPM and utilizes a 2-phase separation design to efficiently separate solids from liquids. The conveyor is reinforced with approximately 200 tungsten carbide wear tiles, significantly extending service life when processing abrasive sludges. A single row of 360° lined cake discharge ports ensures consistent solids discharge and reduced wear.
The system is supplied complete with base, casing, gearbox, back drive, and Alfa Laval control panel with ABC controller, allowing for seamless integration into existing treatment systems.
