Karl Schnell Mixer 1000: steam injection, 1,000L capacity twin-shaft mixer, processes material at -18°C to -10°C. Features direct steam injection via 16-nozzle R2" inlet with condensate outflow, water connection, and compressed-air-operated lid. Integrated load cells for in-bin weighing. Discharge via bottom screw conveyor to flanged emulsifier connection. Manhole lid with pneumatic cylinder and safety interlocks. 460V/3Ph/60Hz.
