This 2002 Goss Sunday 4000/48 is a four-unit, single-web heatset web offset press with a 22.75" / 578 mm cutoff and 57" / 1450 mm maximum web width. The press was shipped new in September 2001 and began live production in February 2002.
The press is equipped with a Contiweb FMR 1460 Type III splicer, four Goss blanket-to-blanket printing units, Goss Autoplate, OMNICON controls, Contiweb Ecocool/T dryer, Goss PCC-2 pinless combination folder with single former, single tabloid delivery, and quarter folder delivery.
