Construction: The machine body is entirely build in aisi 304.
Water Circuit: Two independent AISI 304 pumps intake water solution from the tanks and feeds
spray pipe and nozzles.
Static Filter : Water solution flows back to the tank after been filter by two gravity filters of 1000
micron.
Electrical Heater: A stainless steel heater in AISI 304 heat up the water in the tank , A digital
thermostat controls the water temperature constantly till the preset value ( range 60-140°F),
Turntable Rotation : By external motor and v-belt drive.
Water Level Shut Off : The unit is equipped with a floater to stop the machine in the case of low
water level. Restore water is manual .
Manual Lid : The machine lid is a manual type supported by two gas struts the help the final
opening
Electro Mechanic Electrical Box : IP 55, painted RAL 7032.
