The Kent USA Rotary Grinders are capable of working on hard, brittle metal, and mold materials. Our rotary grinders are built with Meehanite Class FC 30 casting for high rigidity and wear resistance, maintaining operation accuracy. This is in addition to their spindle’s lateral design which creates stability during heavy cutting.
High-Precision Rotary Grinding Performance – 15.7” (400mm) servo-driven rotary table with speeds up to 200 RPM and ultra-fine down-feed increments of 0.0001” (0.001mm) for exceptional surface accuracy.
Generous Capacity in a Compact Footprint – Accommodates workpieces up to 15.7” (400mm) diameter with 15.7” spindle-to-table clearance and 7.8” cross (Z-axis) travel.

Powerful, Stable Spindle System – 5 HP grinding spindle running at 1,750 RPM paired with an 14” grinding wheel delivers consistent torque and smooth material removal.
Fully Servo-Driven Axes for Accuracy & Repeatability – Independent servo motors on rotary (B), vertical (Y), and cross (Z) axes ensure precise positioning, smooth motion, and long-term reliability.
Fully Equipped for Production-Ready Operation – Includes electro-magnetic chuck, automatic diamond wheel dresser with compensation, magnetic separator coolant system, demagnetizing controller, LED work lamp, and complete balancing and setup accessories.
