Weiler MG1109 Mixer Grinder with C02, 11" diameter grind plate, 3,000lb capacity, all stainless steel barrel, auger & Ring, 75 HP grind motor, 15 HP mix motor, 7.5HP discharge motor, 86 Cu. Ft. capacity, Includes auger puller and (1) standard plate setup, and all corresponding tools, 480V/3PH/60HZ. This machine can be offered as-is or refurbished.
The Weiler 1109 is a high-capacity mixer grinder engineered for demanding industrial meat processing environments. It comes equipped with a 9" (229 mm) diameter feed screw, 11" (279 mm) diameter grinding plate, and a 1992-5HB heavy-duty gearbox, delivering reliable power transmission under heavy loads.
The tub offers a rated capacity of 60 cubic feet (1,700 liters), ideal for batch mixing, and a full volume of 86 cubic feet (2,435 liters).
