Description
2020 Brother SPEEDIO S700X2 CNC vertical machining centre with ABB FEEDIO robotic loading/unloading automation cell. Fitted with Brother CNC-C00 control, high-speed 16,000 rpm BBT30 face and taper spindle, 21-station automatic toolchanger, 700 x 400 x 300 mm travels and 800 x 400 mm table.
The machine is also equipped with a NOP 35 bar high pressure modular coolant system, FSE 50 micron drum filtration conveyor, Blum spindle and tooling probes, and ABB robotic loading/unloading system. A compact, high-speed automated machining cell ideal for repeat production, reduced operator attendance, improved process control and increased spindle utilisation.
