Rondo Doge Reversible Dough Sheeter
This machine is used to roll, flatten, and laminate dough to a perfectly uniform thickness in commercial bakeries and pastry shops.

How It Works:

Reversible Belts: The operator places dough on one side, and the motorized conveyor belt feeds it through heavy rollers to the other side
Direction Switching: The operator switches the belt direction back and forth, passing the dough through multiple times
Gradual Thinning: With each pass, the operator closes the roller gap slightly until the dough reaches the exact millimeter thickness needed
