The line is situated in a purpose built building to accommodate the whole manufacturing facility. The line comprises of the following main pieces of plant:
• Off-line roll former that produces a the outer skin sheet (not available)
• Fully Automatic throw on area
• Fully automatic lapping and taping stations for outer skin sheets
• Top uncoiler for liner handling
• Top roll former
• Infra red preheats for both skins
• Bulk storage and metering for chemicals
• Double band 30mtr
• Inline saw
• Transfer conveyors
• Automatic stacker and wrapper
The composite line manufactures various length sandwich panels comprising of 3 main components.
1) Top liner, inner face
2) Middle insulation foam core
3) Bottom sheet, outer face
