Natural gas fired 500CF/Hr., Steam injection Humidity (263 Lbs./Hr.@100 psig.), Liquid Smoke, Maxon OPLE5 Burner, pneumatic door seal, 40 hp fan motor, 2hp exhaust motor, 480V/3PV/60HZ. Total FLA 59.25 with a minimum of 80 Amps. Each Smokehouse is priced separately. Buyer is responsible for freight charges & Installation.
