USED 2020 SP FILLING SYSTEMS 1600 BPH

Used ATEX compliant filling line made by SP Filling Systems Ltd (UK) in 2020.
Line has a capacity of 1600 bottles / hour and can fill 750ml / 1l bottles.

Line includes the following major equipment:
- Kingfisher IBC filling / tipping stations
- Graco Husky 1590 pneumatic diaphragm pump;
- SP Filling Systems pneumatically controlled 6-head filler;
- Manual capping conveyor
- Flo Cap Inline cap tightening machine
- Twin head labelling machine
- Koenig & Bauer Alphajet inkjet marking machine
- Associated equipment including tooling, controls, extraction, conveying and change parts

Brief Process Description:
1 - Empty containers travel down conveyer and are stopped under the filling head.
2 - The head assembly lowers into the neck of the containers.
3 - Each pump fills their respective container.
4 - Head assembly lifts out of container.
5 - Filled containers travel down the conveyor to be capped and labelled.
