TMJ PP 501 Swivel Bow Bandsaw
The TMJ PP 501 Swivel Bow Bandsaw is a heavy-duty, semi-automatic metal cutting solution engineered for precision, reliability, and high-performance production environments. Designed for fabricators, engineering workshops, steel stockholders, and manufacturing facilities, this robust electro-hydraulic bandsaw delivers accurate straight and mitre cuts across a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Featuring a rigid twin-column construction, the PP 501 provides exceptional cutting stability and reduced vibration, ensuring superior cut quality and extended blade life. The swivel bow design allows mitre cutting from 90° to 60° to the right without the need to reposition the workpiece, improving productivity and reducing setup times.
The machine is equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW motor, hydraulic vice clamping, hydraulic saw frame control, and variable blade speeds, enabling operators to optimise performance for different materials and section sizes. Large carbide blade guides and a precision roller system help maintain blade alignment for consistently accurate cuts.
With a cutting capacity of up to 400 mm round and 500 x 400 mm rectangular sections at 90°, the TMJ PP 501 is ideally suited to demanding industrial applications where accuracy, durability, and efficiency are essential.
