Benier Tallround Conical Dough Rounder
This industrial bakery machine uses a combined cylinder-and-cone system to gently mold portions of dough into uniform, round balls before they proceed to the next line of production.

Primary Functions:
Forming Spherical Balls: Raw, wet dough is fed into the bottom of the machine. A large central cone rotates against stationary tracks, rolling and sliding the dough upwards to create a round ball
Creating Surface Tension: The rolling action seals the outer surface of the dough, locking in gas and moisture so the bread rises evenly during baking
Preventing Stickiness: It gently skins the outer surface of the dough—often aided by a built-in flour duster—so it travels smoothly into downstream equipment without jamming the production line
