Description
Lee Industries 300-gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle with pneumatically operated tilt bowl and double motion scraper agitation designed for sanitary cooking and mixing applications. Unit features hemispherical bottom with center bottom discharge and pneumatically operated tilt bowl. Stainless steel construction throughout. Equipped with bridge mounted agitator drive assembly that was recently rebuilt. Previously utilized in soup processing service. Mounted on stainless steel support legs with associated process connections and controls. Rated for 90 PSI MAWP in jacket at 552°F and 30 PSI MAWP internal vessel pressure.
