The SUP-500 NF is a large capacity mitering up-cut circular cold saw designed specifically for cutting aluminum, copper, plastic and other nonferrous materials. Featuring a 20″ (500 mm), 120 tooth carbide blade, it’s capable of producing burr free cuts on round material up to 7″ in diameter, square material up to 6″ and rectangular cuts up to 12′ x 4″. The SUP 500 NF saw offers an increased cutting capacity not found in traditional pivot down saws.
Standard features include an adjustable feed rate, mitering capabilities with fixed stops at 22.5°, 45°, 135°, and 157.5°, four pneumatic clamps to secure material being cut, and an integrated debris collection. Safety features include dual hand operation and a safety interlock that will prevent the saw from operating with the hood open.
Upgrade this saw with a measuring system (manual to full-auto feed systems available) for accurate cuts at specific lengths, reducing waste and increasing production efficiency.
