Stainless steel cooling pan with perforated screen deck measuring approximately 5' wide x 88" long. Unit features approximately 15" deep pan body with approximately 8" screen elevation from bottom section. Includes undersize fines discharge chute measuring approximately 20-1/2" wide x 6" high, along with additional approximately 2" threaded discharge connection. Mounted on stainless steel support frame with adjustable legs and casters for portability and positioning. Designed for cooling, draining, screening, or fines separation of food and bulk products.
