Featuring a revolutionary single-sheet, interlocking construction similar to Excel's two-ram balers, it ensures robust and indestructible performance. The HV10 comes equipped with a patented hydraulic bale pusher bar that facilitates bale tying and ejection, enhancing operational productivity.

This baler's standard features include a powerful 50-horsepower TEFC motor operating at 460 volts, an industrial hardened logic controller, and Hardox 400 replaceable wear liners for extended equipment life. It boasts a substantial 300-gallon hydraulic reservoir with a regenerative circuit and full-bale chamber penetration. Safety is prioritized with a NEMA 12-rated controls enclosure, Castle key safety interlocking system, and a standard hopper equipped with an inspection window.

Additional conveniences such as an automatic bale-sizing system, automatic shear jam correction, and a clean-out tool ensure seamless operations.
