Ghirarduzzi manufactures air-operated densimetric separation machines capable of separating two materials with a density difference as low as 0.3 kg/dm³.

In practice, the machine performs a dry flotation process, with the advantage of being able to process very small material sizes, from 8 to 10 mm up to 50 to 60 mm, without causing oxidation or requiring material drying.

In particular, for particle sizes under 20 mm, this machine can be considered unique in its field.

These machines are designed to process materials with uniform particle sizes. The level of separation achieved depends on machine calibration and the desired final result. The machine is specifically designed to separate two materials from one another.

For mixed materials containing multiple components, several densimetric separators can be installed in a cascade configuration.

Ghirarduzzi is also able to provide complete separation systems that incorporate the latest available technologies to obtain the different material fractions being processed.
