The SH-3026L is a new semi-automatic straight cut billet bandsaw from Cosen, designed with precision and durability in mind. Featuring a high precision, hydraulic powered linear guide way system, this bandsaw ensures accurate cutting. The cast iron guide arm automatically positions for optimal performance, and the gearbox is built to handle high lateral pressures without thermal distortion.

This bandsaw includes a motor-driven blade brush and boasts infinitely variable blade speeds, supported by a hydraulic blade tensioning system. Equipped with carbide blade guides and bearings, it ensures steady operation. An adjustable flood coolant system is included, complemented by an additional coolant hose for work-bed and auger cleanup, enhancing maintenance and operation efficiency.

The machine also features a user-friendly hydraulic powered control interface with dual valve feed pressure and feed rate system. Its cast iron hydraulic vise has a split jaw design to reduce burr. It accommodates round materials up to 10.2 inches and rectangular materials up to 10.2 by 11.8 inches. The machine's compact dimensions of 86.8 x 48.4 x 63 inches make it suitable for various industrial settings, while weighing 2,487 pounds.
