The OMNIAtech from Soitaab is a versatile multi-function cutting machine designed for precision and efficiency in industrial applications. This new machine features plasma and oxy-fuel cutting capabilities, including plasma bevel cutting, making it suitable for a variety of cutting tasks. The OMNIAtech also supports drilling, tapping, hole and surface milling, and countersinking. For added flexibility, it includes tool changers with a standard capacity of 8 positions, extendable up to 20, and offers a wide range of marking options.
With useful working widths ranging from 6.5 to 11.5 feet and more, and lengths from 20 to over 80 feet, the machine is adaptable to various production demands. The maximum travel speed is 131 feet per minute on the X and Y axes, and 33 feet per minute on the Z axis, ensuring swift operation. It can accommodate up to two plasma heads and six oxy-fuel carriages, enhancing throughput in cutting operations.
Equipped with Bosch Rexroth motion and drives, the OMNIAtech ensures precise movements and reliability. The machining tools offer a reach of 13.75 inches, supported by an auxiliary Y2 axis. The spindle is capable of outputs from 100 to 7000 rpm with 30 kW of power and 150 Nm torque, suitable for robust drilling and milling tasks.
