MH-300DM

The Cosen MH-300DM is a new manual bandsaw designed for precise cuts and robust performance. It features a hydraulic cylinder and precision-ground hinge support, ensuring stability and accuracy in operation. The mitering head allows for flexibility in angle cuts, supporting up to +60 degrees and -45 degrees. The direct drive gearbox and AutoCut mode with adjustable feed rate make this bandsaw adaptable to varying workloads, while the Quick Approach mode enhances cutting efficiency.

The manual blade tensioning system, complete with a pressure gauge, ensures optimal tension for various jobs. It is equipped with carbide blade guides and bearings, as well as a blade cleaning chip brush to maintain performance and longevity. Blade speed ranges from 122 to 231 FPM, with a blade size of 9' 8.7" x 1" x .035". The heavy-duty cast iron quick clamp/release vise supports secure material handling, and the adjustable downfeed control valve and hydraulic saw bow controls provide precise operation.

Additional features include an adjustable flood coolant system with a built-in drip pan, enhancing blade life and cut quality.
