Increased speed in all axis movements through servo drives and servo valve technology results in more productivity. Exceptional linear clamping pressure created by driving each C-frame with its own hydraulic cylinder. Measuring the exact position of each cylinder, Jorns JB machines offer precise upper jaw control (dynamic positioning) creating multiple parallel CNC positioned open hems as well as being able to provide flexible upper jaw positions.

Jorns advanced graphic control with sketch programming, guided programming process, offline programming, auto sequencing, collision detection, networkable for remote access provide a simple to use powerful CNC control solution for the most basic operator to the advanced experienced operator. Full networking also, allows for remote servicing with TeamViewer and the Jorns system diagnostics and B&R Automation Suite.
