Description
Used Buhler AG model MOXJ-27/200 continuous intensive mixer designed for high-capacity continuous blending and conditioning applications in food, feed, chemical, mineral, and industrial processing environments.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this industrial mixer features a screw infeed system feeding into a 12” diameter x 73” long mixing chamber equipped with a high-intensity paddle rotor assembly. The rotor contains 8 rows with 40 paddles per row for aggressive and uniform material mixing performance.
Designed for continuous processing operations, the mixer is capable of production rates up to approximately 4,000 kg/hr depending on product characteristics and application requirements. A nearly full-length side access door provides convenient inspection and maintenance access to the mixing chamber.
Mounted on a stainless steel stand, the unit is powered by a 17.3 kW TEFC motor and is suitable for sanitary and industrial material handling applications.
