Stainless steel 222 cubic foot jacketed double spiral ribbon blender with stainless steel product contact surfaces and heavy-duty carbon steel support frame. Unit features dual spiral ribbon agitators designed for blending powders and dry bulk materials with center bottom discharge outlet and pneumatic valve assembly. Blender includes stainless steel top covers, integrated bag dump station with safety grate, product feed hopper, and discharge arrangement. Jacket is National Board certified by Arrow Tank & Engineering Co., National Board #13639, serial #16460. Jacket rated 160 PSI at 450°F maximum allowable working pressure. Driven by Marathon 75 HP TEFC motor with gear reducer assembly. Unit is mounted on structural legs and includes operator controls, safety guarding, and access platform.
