The Used Key Technologies VERYX B175 Optical Color Sorting Platform is a high-capacity food inspection and sorting system engineered for precise defect removal and product quality enhancement. Previously running green beans at capacities up to 30,000 lbs per hour, this advanced optical sorter features a 1750mm (68-7/8") inspection width and utilizes four high-resolution, four-channel digital cameras for accurate product analysis and sorting performance.
Designed for versatile food processing applications, the system can handle fruits, berries, dried fruit, vegetables, and additional product types with exceptional efficiency. This unit includes a model RSG-510 rotary sizer grader and acceleration infeed belt for optimized product presentation and throughput.
Constructed of stainless steel and equipped with a color touch screen HMI, the VERYX B175 provides reliable industrial operation and user-friendly controls for modern processing facilities.
