Used Phlauer model AJSP141-6DDPSW twin shaft paddle blender designed for efficient mixing, blending, and liquid dosing applications in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing environments. Constructed from stainless steel, this compact blending system combines twin shaft paddle mixing with a side-entering chopper for enhanced product dispersion and homogenization.
The blender features dual 1.5 HP paddle shaft drives and a 3 HP side-entry chopper motor for high-intensity mixing performance. The unit is also equipped with a small dosing tank and integrated spray nozzle system for liquid addition during blending operations.
Mounted on a mobile stand with casters for easy relocation, the system includes a control panel with VFD for variable speed operation. The unit operates on 600 VAC, 3-phase power and includes a 480V to 600V step-up transformer.
