Perfect for high-yield kitchens, the Garland MCO-E-25-C double deck half size electric convection oven allows you to streamline your cooking process for maximum efficiency. Thanks to its innovative air-baffling system, heat extends to each part of the oven cavity and eliminates the need to rotate pans during the cooking cycle!

Designed for convenience and quality, this half size oven boasts two large, porcelain-enameled oven interiors with coved corners and 5 chrome-plated oven racks per oven to position pans. Providing 5.6 kW of heating power per oven, each with a 2-speed 1/3 hp convection fan motor, the MCO-E-25-C features a Master 200 solid state control to adjust temperatures from 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit. When desired temperatures are reached, the single doors with double paned thermal glass permit a view of food while retaining necessary heat! It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
