Inner clapboard assembling machine
Suitable for locating and clamping the column Inner clapboard, suitable for section dimension (400-1500)mm, board thickness ≤80mm
Box shaped column assembling machine
The main body is gantry structure, adopts groove steel with welding structure. The whole machine consists of movable gantry frame, clamping cylinder with screw rod frame, anti-falling device, hydraulic system and electric system etc.
Cantilever type double arc double wire GPW welding machine
Suitable for welding of box shaped column, it ensures the welding quality and improves the working efficiency. Suitable for workpiece section dimension of (400-1500)mm×(400-1500)mm.
Cantilever type welding wire-electricoslag welding machine
Suitable for welding of web plate with inner clapboard. It adopts SESW welding method, welding torch guides the welding wire. Suitable max workpiece section (400-1500)mm×(400-1500)mm, inner clapboard thickness 14-65mm.
Cantilever double arc
Suitable for drilling holes of column for electroslag welding process, Wide cross-section for the workpiece (400-1500) mm; height (400-1500) mm, maximum drilling diameter 50mm.
Surface milling machine
Suitable for milling the surface of box shaped column, H-profile etc. Suitable for workpiece section dimension of (400-1500)mm × (400-2400)mm.
