Machines can be controlled by our fully automatic controller, with electric, 12-volt, hydraulic, or mechanical controls. By using a post-cut shear design, it assures a flare-free square panel every time. With an up-cut shear, the panel can slide onto previous panel without scratching. All forming dies are made from D2 tool steel and Thru-Hardened to 65 RC. This eliminates the need for flash chroming and the problem of chrome wearing off.
