Overview
The CPX flat bar punching machine is a versatile machine to punch holes, cut parts to length, form shapes,
tap and mark parts, accepting various flat bar widths from 1/2″ (15mm) up to 8″ (200mm) and thickness from 1/8″ (3mm) to 5/8″ (16mm).
This machine family is built to be energy-efficient, perform high-accuracy punching and cutting featuring servo-electric punching technology combined with fast and accurate flat bar feeding. The technical solutions of the machine provide high production efficiency. The modular design concept allows a wide range of automation alternatives to meet various needs.

• Tool magazine for one ‘D-station’ cutting tool and 5 fully configurable ‘D-stations’ with possibilities to have up to 10
‘B-stations’ with the 2B in 1D package
• Automatic tool lubrication through the tool

• Fixed manual loading table
• Tilting unloading table
• Teleservice enabled
