Unit measures approximately 1,700mm diameter x 3,700mm straight side. Internal rated 3 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 135 deg.c. External stainless steel jacket rated 10 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 135 deg.c. Unit includes top entry stainless steel 3-tier, 4-blade agitator with Jongia drive, 30kw 50/60hz motor through Siemens gearbox rated 17.95/1 ratio. Unit is mounted on stainless steel side supports.
