Item is a used, Filling Systems, twin head piston filler. This machine has all stainless steel contact parts including the hopper and rotary valve assembly. Operation of the machine is totally pneumatic. The twin pistons and rotary valves are operated with pneumatic cylinders. The machine is currently set up for semi-automatic operation with the use of a pneumatic foot switch. It could be converted to full automatic. This machine has been upgraded with pneumatic valve purge as well as bottle penetrating nozzles for lower viscosity products. Cylinder size is 12 oz.
