USED INLINE FILLING SYSTEMS INLINE CAPPER (2020)

Item is a used, Inline Filling System automatic inline capper. Machine was originally installed in 2020. Machine has S/S frame and is designed to mount over an existing conveyor (one can be provided at additional cost if needed). The machine is equipped with two pairs of container gripper belts and a pair of cap torquing belts as well as a pair of rotating rubber torque disk/spindles capable of forward or reverse to spin the cap for initial engagement of a larger closure. Also included with the machine is the variable speed spacer/timing wheel. Inline Filling Systems large cap (>70mm), hopper/elevator/sorter is also included. This sorting system is generally utilized for larger caps but can also be utilized when higher speeds are required for smaller caps. The hopper and elevator are 24" wide and the flights are 6" center to center. The container size range is height = 1 1/2" to 15" and width is 1/2" to 7" Cap size range is up to 120mm including child resistant caps. Speeds range up to 200 CPM depending on cap size and container configuration. Operation is left to right. Power requirement is 120 volt/single phase. The are some unused maintenance parts included with the machine. (THE OSHA GUARDING PACKAGE IS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL CRATE AND HAS NEVER BEEN INSTALLED ON THE MACHINE)
