USED COFFEE WORKS 40BBL

Item is a used Coffee Works cold brew brewhouse of 40 bbl / 1200 Gallon capacity. This system was designed and used in a cold brew coffee manufacturing facility that was cannning their product for regional distribution. Included are the following-

-Coffee Workd Westec 40 bbl / 1200 Gal jacketed cold brew tank with top mounted agitator and internal screens for filtering cold brew from the coffee bed.
-Bag filter housing cart with (2) bag filter housings.
-Additional bag filter housing.
-Brewhouse control panel with Allen Bradley touch screen controls.
-Brewhouse stairway.
-Internal perforated screens for filtration.
-40cm x40cm plate and frame filter for finish filtration.
-Waukesha size 30 positive displacement pump.
-Spent coffee dump hopper for coffee grain removal.

The system was used to make cold brew coffee and some of the benefits of this system include-
 -Robust top mounted motor is functional and powerful enough to churn the bed of coffee and water to mix inside the vessel.
 - Easy to manually pull out the spent coffee from the front manway door, into a forkliftable dump hopper. Simple process with relatively little clean up.

 -Adding coffee to the brew tank/setting up a brew by following these steps: 

1) Seal main frontside manway door and all valves
2) Begin adding 1/4 to 1/2 the amount of total desired brew water for recipe
3) Once initial water is added, using a forklift, lift a super sack of ground coffee up above the tank and evacuate into top manway opening
3) While ground coffee is flowing into tank, run water through CIP arm / spray ball to evenly saturate the grounds as they disperse.

This is a relatively economical setup to allow 40 bbl production of cold brew. The equipment has recently been removed from service and is in excellent shape - ready to load.
