The 2022 Cram-a-Lot H2R-60 Two-Ram Baler is a refurbished industrial baler tailored for medium-volume processing needs. With a focus on reducing labor during bale tie-off, it efficiently handles a variety of materials such as OCC, newsprint, office paper, aluminum cans, PET bottles, and more. Its design allows for the production of dense, standard mill-sized 60" bales, with a throughput of 3 to 4 bales per hour.
Key features include an automatic bale ejection system, UL/CUL listed control panel, and a touch screen interface for ease of use. The Accent 470 Wire Tie System supports efficient operation, while the machine's robust construction ensures long-term reliability. The baler comes with a high-performance, 9" cylinder and a guillotine bale separator to optimize performance.
The H2R-60 baler boasts the smallest footprint in its class, making it ideal for facilities with limited space. With integrated controls and a user-friendly design, it offers easy installation, operation, and maintenance. Conforming to ANSI Z 245.5 safety standards, it incorporates advanced features such as an oil cooler, serrated shear blade, and replaceable liners to ensure efficiency and durability.
