Item is a used, DCI, all stainless steel, dome top/cone bottom, 100 gallon processor.. The tank is equipped with side/bottom scrape surface agitation, side wall baffle, and CIP spray balls. The agitator drive is 3 HP, SEW variable drive. The heating jacket is rated at 100 PSI. The entire system is skid mounted and on casters for portability. It is equipped with a chart recorder and control cabinet. approximate dimensions are 50" x 60" x 92" high. Previous use was dairy application.
